We are incredibly excited to invite you to BAM ARTS INC's first ever, Enchanted Ball!

What can I expect at the ball?
BAM’s very first ball is an event for students to enjoy with their friends & family. This is unlike our other social events which is just for the students. BAM staff will be off the clock as well and will be enjoying the night with you.
The evening promises to be magical, with full catering, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), a dance floor and a DJ!
Guests will arrive at 6.30pm & will be greeted with live music on the red carpet, at the entrance to the Frankston Arts Centre Function Room.
Following will be a 4 hour event with an inclusive food & beverage package, more music, entertainment & dancing
Dinner will include a 3 course meal – entree, main & dessert
The event will conclude at 10.30pm
What should I wear to the ball?
This is a formal event – formal dresses, ball gowns & suits. Think elegance!
If you would like to add a touch of magic or enchantment to your outfit, please feel free. However, let’s lean more towards formal than a costume party
Who can come to the event?
All BAM Students over the age of 18 years of age have been invited to attend the Ball. Each student can bring with them up to 5 additional guests. We would encourage students to bring along friends and family to enjoy this special evening with them.
If your student requires a Support Person to be with them instead, that person will also need to purchase a ticket and will be included as a guest at the ball and will be expected to dress for the occasion. BAM teachers will be enjoying the night with you and won’t be able to offer support for students.
Every guest will need to purchase a ticket and will be catered for. All support workers, friends and family members will need to purchase a ticket.
As this is a licensed event serving alcohol, all additional guests that you bring with you must also be over the age of 18 years.

Can you cater for dietary Requirements, allergies or restrictions?
Yes, we can – with notice. You must tell us your dietary requirements when you RSVP to the event. If you haven’t told us this before the event, we can not guarantee that the caterers will be able to accomodate your request on the night.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $95 per person and include all of your food & drinks on the night. All attendees of the Ball must purchase a ticket (sorry, we are unable to accept companion cards for this event, as your ticket price covers the catering & drinks package)
How do I RSVP / buy a ticket?

Please complete an ONLINE RSVP FORM HERE
This will register your tickets but you DO NOT need to pay just yet. Once you have completed an RSVP form, Tahlia will email you an invoice within 5 business days, with more information on how to secure your tickets.
Please complete one form per BAM student and be sure to include details for all guests that you will be bringing with you to the Ball.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please complete the online RSVP form by 31st August 2025. Payments don’t need to be received by this date, however. Tahlia will be in touch with more information about payments.
How are you funding this event? Can i (or my business) help out?
Your ticket price covers your food & drinks on the night. We would be truly grateful for any businesses or individuals who are able to contribute financially to help towards covering the remaining costs for venue hire, styling, music & entertainment. This will help us make the dream of a truly enchanted & memorable evening become a reality for our students and their guests.
We are currently offering donation opportunities for businesses. For your $500 donation, we will promote your company at the ball and on our social media pages. Please reach out to Lisa@bamarts.org.au if your business would like to help out.
Smaller donations are, of course, also accepted and very much appreciated! Please contact Lisa@bamarts.org.au
