BAM Events

Throughout the year, our staff and students work towards many different events and performances.

We welcome you to come along, take part or have a seat in the audience at one of our wonderful upcoming events

Our B*AMazing social opportunities foster friendships through experiences with like-minded people. We offer events inspired by our students and their commitment to the performing and creative arts! From camps, to discos to trips into the city to see musicals and much more. Our B*AMazing events are available to BAM Students. Come and be a part of the fun!

Upcoming Events

ALL THAT JAZZ

Our Frankston Treblemakers and Hampton Phantoms are collaborating once again to perform an all new show, ALL THAT JAZZ, at Frankston’s Southside Festival.

A scintillating, 1920s inspired cabaret filled with sizzling jazz, scandal and some good ol’ razzle dazzle.

LANEWAY COLLABORET

Our Frankston groups, Wild Theatre and Treblemakers, have teamed up to bring you a scintillating cabaret variety show.

From musical theatre classics to burlesque and comedy skits, this show has something for everyone and is bound to be a vivacious night!

Bring your own dinner or cheese board to share. Drinks & light snacks will be available for purchase. There will be a dance party following the show for everyone to join in!

A NIGHT AT THE TONYS

Our Hampton Phantoms, with special guest stars, Frankston Foundations, present…. A night at the Tony’s!

This will be a showcase of singing, dancing, comedy, talent and friendship.

BYO drinks and nibbles to enjoy during the show or grab a bite from one of our locals – Frankston Brewhouse or Hotel Paradiso

Following will be a dance party for you to join in with our performers! Bring your friends along for a fun evening!

Our first ever Enchanted Ball was held in October 2025 and was an exclusive, ticketed event for BAM students and their guests – all 200 of them!

The evening was absolutely magical with formal attire, a three-course meal, live orchestra on arrival, a DJ, saxophonist, a magician and a dance floor that did not stop the entire night!

We would love to extend a huge thank you to the businesses that supported us to put on a truly memorable evening;

Our 2025 concert was a huge success with over 140 performers on stage, plus films, narration, sets & costumes created by our teachers & students!

Join us on a quest to save Stella’s friends from being frogs forever! It’s all starts with a group of friends telling ghost stories around the camp fire… under a full moon, an age old curse is activated that turns all of the friends into frogs! Only one remains human – Stella.

We will go on an epic musical journey following Stella through an enchanted forest meeting unicorns, mermaids, dragons, witches and knights as we collect the items that will break the curse!

After great success at the 2024 Melbourne Fringe Festival, WILD Theatre and B*Majors were thrilled to be able to bring back their hilarious show to the 2025 Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Punch! is a Bouffon style performance that smashes down the fourth wall of polite expectations and plays with mockery, humour and uncomfortability.

This was a spectacular show that impressed audiences with rave reviews at both festivals! Certainly, one to remember!

For our 2024 pantomime, the TREBLEMAKERS brought to life the Doctor Seuss book, Please Remember The First Of Octember!

Suitable for all ages, this was an interactive show with opportunities for the audience to get involved. There were arts & craft activities, followed by a fun-filled performance of singing, dancing and shenanigans!

What a fun one this was, with a chance for the performers to interact with children and adults alike.

Jeremy, an avid gardener who is shunned by his community, sets off on a journey of self-discovery which leads him to a magical land where anything he wishes for could come true!

Our 2024 annual concert, “BAM! 3 Wishes” featured around 150 performers on stage – dancing, singing and acting. Plus sets, costumes, props, narration and video content created by our students

“BAMMA MIA! The Party” by our TREBLEMAKERS students was a fun, immersive theatre experience full of singing and dancing which originally debuted in 2024 and was reprised in 2025 for the Southside Festival.

Audience members were encouraged to dress in theme and join in with the festivities, while the students made them feel like they had stepped right into the movie.

In true celebrity style, our RAMPAGE film-making students arrived in a stretch hummer at the Classic Cinemas in Elsternwick for a very special evening. With a red carpet arrival and lots of sequins, the film-makers premiered their own films on the big screen!

This was the culmination of 18 months of hard work, writing, directing, producing and working on the crew to create a series of fabulous short films.

Our WILD Theatre students presented some seriously funny business with their show, “Clown Alley” at a performance at our Frankston Studio 1 and again with an elevated show at the 2023 Melbourne Fringe Festival.

“Clown Alley” was workshopped by the students, teachers and special guests to create some serious silliness with juggling, magic and physical comedy. This one was pure FUN!

Aspect Within originally premiered at the Melbourne Fringe Festival in 2023 and was reprised in 2024 for the Southside Festival, with plans to take the show on the road in 2026!

Aspect Within showcases artist talent and gently breaks down stereotypes related to disability through a series of joyful, thoughtful and energetic dance and monologue pieces. This is a dance and theatre style performance accessing the artists’ inner thoughts and feelings about moving through our world.
