Returns or faulty item policy    


If you require a different size or are unhappy with the item you have received, please advise management within two weeks of collecting your purchase. This should be done by email, stating the issue so we are able to follow up with the provider of our uniforms. 

You will have the opportunity to either swap your item for the desired design or size or receive a refund.

Items being retuned should not have been worn (other than to try on) damaged, altered or washed. If this is the case, we will not be able to honour your refund or swap.
